Refund Policy for Parivar Kalyan Yojna of Rajya Vidyut Parishad Junior Engineers Sangathan
At Rajya Vidyut Parishad Junior Engineers Sangathan (RVPJES), we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in our refund process for the Parivar Kalyan Yojna scheme. Please read the following refund policy carefully:
Membership Conditions:
The Parivar Kalyan Yojna scheme is open to Junior Engineers and Assistant Engineers employed in various energy sectors of the state of Uttar Pradesh, subject to the following conditions:
Membership in the scheme is completed in 5 phases.
A deposit of Rs. 2050/- is required in each phase, totaling Rs. 10250/- over 5 phases.
A one-time deposit of Rs. 10250/- during the entire service period entitles the member to insurance cover until retirement.
Mandatory Membership Requirement:
Membership in the Family Welfare Scheme is mandatory for official membership in RVPJES.
Interested individuals must become members of the scheme within three years of their regular appointment as Junior Engineers.
Membership becomes effective one year after joining the scheme, except in cases of sudden demise or complete disability, where membership becomes effective immediately.
Refund Procedure:
If a member wishes to withdraw from the Parivar Kalyan Yojna scheme, a refund may be requested subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made in writing to the Secretary of RVPJES.
The refund will only be processed for the remaining phases that have not been completed.
The refunded amount will be calculated based on the total deposit made minus the completed phases and any applicable administrative fees.
Effective Membership Date:
Membership in the scheme will be considered effective from the date the full amount of the membership fee is transferred to the Secretary, either in cash or by bank draft.
Reimbursement:
The reimbursement amount per phase is Rs. 40,000/-, with a total reimbursement of Rs. 2,00,000/- for all five phases.
Please note that the refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of RVPJES management. Any updates or modifications to the refund policy will be communicated to members through appropriate channels.
